Berni has been with the firm since its inception and is the first point of contact for clients visiting or phoning the office. She works in all areas of accounts preparation, PAYE and VAT processing.

Nicola is a graduate of Northumbria University Newcastle and joined J.J. Meegan & Co in 2017 as a trainee accounting technician. Having qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2019, she has since commenced her professional training with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Nicola works in all areas of financial accounting, auditing, income tax, PAYE & VAT processing.

Maggie joined J.J. Meegan & Co in 2003 as a trainee accounting technician. Having qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2005 she commenced her professional training with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.  

Maggie qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009. Her expertise is broad ranging, covering all aspects of accounting such as financial accounting, taxation and planning, auditing and company law. She has an extensive knowledge of all Sage 50 accounting software for small and medium-sized businesses.

Barry is a graduate of Queens University, Belfast with a degree in Bachelor of Social Sciences with a commendation in accounting and a post-graduate diploma in accounting also from QUB. On leaving Queens he joined the international accountancy firm of PWC where he undertook his professional accountancy training. Barry left PWC in 1990 to join the accountancy practice of J.J. Meegan & Co.

Barry has extensive experience in all aspects of accounting. He has been involved with statutory audits for commercial businesses, sports and social clubs, and charitable organisations. He has also developed a wide knowledge of taxation including income tax, corporation tax, and capital gains.

​Sean is a graduate of Queens University Belfast with a BSc. Degree in Economics and Accounting. On leaving Queens he joined the international firm of KPMG in Belfast where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. After qualifying he joined the Omagh firm of PWC where he worked for two years before setting up his own practice in 1988.

Sean has extensive knowledge of accounting, auditing and taxation and works closely with clients to assist them with the ongoing development of their business. His wide range of experience ensures that his clients receive balanced multi-disciplined advice incorporating all of their business, taxation and financing concerns.
